This Crank Trigger Kit is a bolt crank fired ignition system solution for the L-Series 6 cylinder engine. It is designed around the commonly available 240Z Euro Damper, 60-2 trigger wheel configurations, and uses a reliable Honeywell GT1/Littelfuse 55505 Hall Effect sensor to send your ignition system the signals it needs to have your L6 purring like a kitten.

The CNC machined zinc coated 1018 steel Damper Top Hat replaces the factory crankshaft washer and makes use of the factory crankshaft bolt to hold everything in place. The zinc coated A36 trigger wheel is laser cut to fit concentrically onto the Damper Top Hat and provide a stable tooth profile for the Hall Sensor to read. The Trigger Wheel is adjustable up to 20 degrees on the Damper Top Hat to fine tune the tooth position to accommodate ignition systems that may not have offset capabilities in their software. The anodized 6061-T6 Crank Sensor Mount is CNC machined to provide accurate placement of the Crank Sensor in relation to the Trigger Wheel and also has a built in adjustable timing pointer to ensure accurate timing readings on the damper.

The stylish distributor block off plate is made from 6061 aluminum anodized in black. Stainless hardware is included for all the needed fasteners.
